International Ordering

If you are an international customer outside the continental United States and Canada you may proceed through our regular online checkout. Please choose TNT International Shipping as the shipping option. Please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included.  The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail.  Only after you approve of the added shipping charges is your credit card charged and the sculpture is sent. You can email us at info@bronzecreative.com with your postal code, town and country and we can provide you with an exact shipping cost for any of our statues.

International Shipping

We prefer to use the services of TNT Shipping or the US Postal Service for our international clients because it is the most dependable and least expensive option for the international market.  FedEx and UPS 's rates are usually double that of the TNT Shipping. We are open to any form of shipping that the customer may request.

There can be duties for importing a statue into a foreign country. The laws are different for each country. The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue. Bronze Creative is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.

Canadian Orders  

Bronze Creative uses UPS Standard Shipping to Canada.  Canadian customers please go through regular online checkout and select UPS Standard Shipping to Canada.  The exact shipping charges are given automatically during checkout. 

Bronze Creative uses an Instapak foam injection packing system. Each statue is individually packed in its own foam casing. This ensures that the statue will not be damaged during shipping.
