Shipping

All sculptures will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order if ordered before 12 noon EST Monday through Friday. Bronze Creative uses UPS Ground to ship products weighing up to 150 pounds.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout by the total size and weight of the items being shipped and by the distance from our store in Greenwich Connecticut. You can see the shipping costs by starting the checkout process and placing your address in the shipping address boxes or you can email us; info@bronzecreative.com or call us 866 LOTUS-12, 203-629-0902 for a shipping quotation.

UPS: UPS standard ground shipping takes 2-7 days for delivery. We offer 2 day and 3 day air service from UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless specified in the “Special Instructions for Shipping" box during checkout. $12.50 will be manually added to your order for Saturday deliveries.
If your order requires any special needs please make your request in the “Special Instructions for Shipping" box within the shipping instructions section of checkout. Someone will contact you to accommodate your request.
There will be a surcharge that will be added to the shipment on statues sent to Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Shipments over 150 Pounds; ABF Shipping: For items over 150 pounds, we use a white glove, freight ground service; ABF Shipping. If you require a lift gate there will be an extra $75 charge. All customers requiring freight ground shipment will be contacted prior to shipping. ABF shipping handles sculptures up to 6000 pounds.

Insurance: Bronze Creative packs each sculpture with care, and ships each package with full insurance.

Tracking Numbers: After your order and the pieces has been picked up by either UPS or ABF shipping we will email you the UPS or ABF tracking number to your email address to track your shipment's journey to your home.

Shipping & Ordering for International Customers

If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout or call in your order 1-203-629-0902.

International Shipping Charges: Please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included. The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail. Only after you approve of the added shipping charges is your credit card charged and the sculpture is sent. We prefer to use the TNT shipping for internaitonal parcels as TNT shipping is the most reliable and cost efficient international shipping service.

We ship all international packages with documentation from the archeology department of the government of either India, Bangladesh or Thailand that proves the statue was crafted in Asia. Many countries do NOT charge import taxes from Handicrafts originating in India, Bangladesh or Thailand. The official documents prove that the piece was created in Asia thus you will not be charged extra duties. The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue.

Canadian Orders: Bronze Creative uses UPS ground to ship to Canada. Canadian customers please go through regular online checkout. The shipping charges are given automatically during checkout. No extra fees apply.
As noted below in the customs and duties section you will not be charged a duty for importing our sculptures by your government because the sculptures have official documents from the Asian country of origin.

Bronze Creative is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.

Packing: We take utmost care in shipping and packing each sculpture. It is so important to us that each sculpture arrives whole and undamaged. We use double-thick, corrugated cardboard boxes for all UPS deliveries. For all freight deliveries, a wooden box is built to fit that individual sculptures' dimensions. Each piece is packed in one layer of packing material then wrapped with extra thick bubble wrap. Then the sculpture is packed with a layer of packing material with at least four inches thick between your bubble wrapped sculpture and the corrugated box or wood crate.

Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.

Pick up

If you would like to pick up your order at our Greenwich, Connecticut location select the Pick Up option in the drop down menu in the shipping section of the checkout. Bronze Creative is located in the heart of Greenwich on 46 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830. Bronze Creative will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a pick up time and date.

If you live in the towns of Greenwich, Stamford, Ridgefield, Darien and New Canaan Connecticut local delivery can be arranged for $20 regardless of size or amount of sculptures. (All products in the Granite Sculpture section are excluded from local delivery)

Damage

We take utmost care to insure that a sculpture is not damaged in shipping by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly a sculpture is packed the journey from our store to your home is out of our hands. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Bronze Creative within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage does not happen in the first place. In the event of a piece arriving damaged Bronze Creative will pay for the return shipping and you will not be charged any service charges.
